Connecting computers, devices, and systems to enable data and resource sharing is known as networking. It is essential to technology and communication because it makes it possible for individuals to connect instantly across the world, send emails, and surf the internet. To put it simply, networking is the process of connecting devices to function as a single system. In today’s digital age, networking is crucial for both tiny houses and large enterprises.

Types of Networks

Depending on their size and coverage, networks can be classified into many types. Devices in a local area, such as an office, are connected by a Local Area Network (LAN).
